Protect Your Battery from Deep Discharge

The Smart BatteryProtect disconnects non-essential loads before the battery is completely discharged — preventing damage that shortens battery life. Also prevents damage to sensitive loads by disconnecting when over voltage occurs. Can be used as a remote-controlled system on/off switch via the on/off input.

Bluetooth Smart Built-in

Program and monitor via the free VictronConnect app on your smartphone or tablet. Set custom engage/disengage voltage levels, choose from nine predefined presets, or disable Bluetooth if not required. No more fiddling with wires to configure settings.

12/24V Auto-Ranging

Automatically detects system voltage (12V or 24V) one time only — no manual configuration required. Operating range 6-35V DC.

Ignition Proof — No Relays, No Sparks

Uses MOSFET switches instead of mechanical relays. No sparks during switching — safe for installation in engine bays and other potentially hazardous environments.

Ultra-Low Current Consumption

Consumes only 1.4mA when on with Bluetooth enabled, and 0.9mA in shutdown. Critical for lithium battery systems, especially after low voltage shutdown.

Delayed Disconnect and Reconnect

Load disconnects 90 seconds after voltage drops below threshold — prevents nuisance tripping during engine start. Reconnects 30 seconds after voltage returns to safe level. Alarm output activates after 12 seconds of low voltage, ignoring brief dips from starting.

Alarm Output

Programmable alarm output (open collector, 50mA max) can activate a buzzer, LED, or relay — giving you early warning before the load disconnects.

Lithium Battery Ready

Special mode for Li-ion batteries allows control by VE.Bus BMS or Lynx Smart BMS. Can also be used as a charge interrupter between a charger and Li-ion battery.
