    Arizon developed a series of customised solar trailers to provide reliable off-grid power for DNV’s LiDAR devices used in weather monitoring and wind prospecting.

    Each trailer combines a 1.4kW fold-down solar array, lithium battery storage, Victron solar charging and monitoring technology in a mobile platform designed for remote deployment.

    The solar panels fold down for safe and convenient transportation and automatically adjust to the optimal angle when deployed, while integrated storage provides space for the protective fencing required around the trailer and LiDAR equipment.
