To meet and exceed Australian and New Zealand AS5033 standards, we recommend using both high-quality adhesive and screws. This dual approach minimises stress on your solar panels while maximising installation security.

Easy, Reliable Installation

Clean both the mounting surface and brackets thoroughly with isopropyl or methylated spirits before installation. Attach the brackets to your solar panel with screws, then use Fix15, marine Sikaflex, or a compatible MS polymer adhesive to bond the brackets to your roof. Allow the adhesive to fully cure for best results.

Stress-Minimising Design

The installation process is designed to cushion your panels against vibration and movement. Drill clearance holes in the brackets, fill with adhesive, and fix with tek screws — leaving a small gap for the adhesive to settle and absorb any irregularities.
