Competition Name: Arizon Off-Grid ModuFLEX 12V/24V 400W Portable Solar Giveaway

Competition Period: 23 August 2026 at 8.00am AEST to 18 September 2026 at 11:59pm AEST
Winner Draw: 19 September 2026
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Arizon Off-Grid ("Promoter").
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Competition Period
The competition commences at 12:00am AEST on 23 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 18 September 2026 ("Competition Period").
Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible.
The winners will be drawn on 19 September 2026.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents only aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Arizon Off-Grid, its associated companies, advertising agencies, contractors directly involved in administering the competition, and their immediate family members.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request reasonable evidence of identity, age and eligibility.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Follow the Arizon Off-Grid Instagram and/or Facebook page;
- Locate an official Arizon Off-Grid competition post published during the Competition Period;
- Tag five (5) friends in the comments of the relevant competition post; and
- Ensure the tagged accounts are genuine individual accounts and comply with the applicable social media platform's terms of use.
Entrants may enter multiple times during the Competition Period.
Each separate valid comment containing five eligible tagged friends will constitute one entry.
Entrants are encouraged to tag different friends in each entry. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries that it considers spam, automated, repetitive, fraudulent or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the competition.
Following Arizon Off-Grid on Instagram and/or Facebook is a mandatory condition of entry. Entrants must remain followers until the winners have been contacted and verified.
5. Multiple Entries
There is no limit on the number of valid entries an eligible entrant may submit during the competition period.
Each valid entry must contain five tagged friends.
Entries must be made manually by the entrant. The use of bots, scripts, automated entry services or other artificial methods of generating entries is prohibited.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate the entry process.
6. Prize
There are two (2) prizes available to be won.
Each prize consists of:
1 × Arizon ModuFLEX 12V/24V 400W Portable Solar Panel
Prize value: AUD $981.20 each.
The total prize pool is valued at AUD $1,962.40.
There will be two (2) individual winners, with each winner receiving one (1) Arizon ModuFLEX 12V/24V 400W Portable Solar Panel.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another product or any other alternative.
The prize is not transferable unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
7. Winner Selection
Two (2) winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
The draw will take place at 11am, September 19, 2026.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter's decision regarding the selection and eligibility of winners is final, subject to applicable Australian consumer and competition laws.
8. Winner Notification
The winners will be contacted using the social media account associated with their winning entry.
The winners will also be announced on Arizon Off-Grid's official social media channels following verification.
Each winner must respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being contacted and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw to select a replacement winner.
9. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to each verified winner within Australia.
The Promoter will arrange standard delivery of the prize to the winner's nominated Australian delivery address.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, incorrect delivery information supplied by a winner, or circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
10. Valid Entries
An entry will only be considered valid if:
- The entrant satisfies the eligibility requirements;
- The entrant follows Arizon Off-Grid on Instagram and/or Facebook;
- The entrant has entered during the Competition Period;
- The entrant has tagged five genuine friend accounts in the relevant competition post;
- The entry complies with these Terms and Conditions; and
- The entry is not fraudulent, automated, offensive, misleading, defamatory, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
11. Social Media Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
By entering this competition, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility or liability relating to the competition.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Arizon Off-Grid and not to Instagram or Facebook.
The competition is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Instagram and Facebook.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting winners, arranging prize delivery and managing the entrant's participation in the promotion.
By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for these purposes.
The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and its Privacy Policy.
13. Promotional Material
By accepting a prize, winners agree that the Promoter may announce their name and/or social media handle in connection with the competition and may request permission to use photographs or other content supplied by the winner for reasonable promotional purposes.
Any additional use of a winner's image or likeness will be subject to applicable permissions and laws.
14. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win this competition.
Purchasing any Arizon Off-Grid product does not increase an entrant's chance of winning.
15. Conduct
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the competition;
- Uses automated entry methods;
- Creates or uses multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing the competition rules;
- Engages in abusive, offensive or inappropriate conduct; or
- Otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
16. Changes to the Competition
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend, suspend or withdraw the competition if circumstances arise that are beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
Any significant changes will be communicated through Arizon Off-Grid's official communication channels.
17. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian consumer law.
Subject to those rights, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay or failure arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical failures, social media platform outages, telecommunications failures, courier delays or incorrect information provided by an entrant.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
