Arizon Expands Off-Grid Battery Range With Three New LiFePO₄ Models
Arizon Off-Grid has today unveiled new 12V 100Ah, 12V 150Ah and 24V 314Ah lithium batteries to give caravan, motorhome, van manufacturers, installers and owners more choice for off-grid power systems.
As the 2025 and 2026 Caravan Industry Victoria Excellence In Component Manufacturing Winner, Arizon Off-Grid has expanded its Off-Grid lithium battery range with the introduction of three new LiFePO₄ battery models, providing additional capacity and power options for caravans, motorhomes, campervans, 4WDs and industrial off-grid energy systems.
The new range includes the Arizon Off-Grid 12V 100Ah (ARI12100LFP-C), 12V 150Ah (ARI12150LFP-C) and 24V 314Ah (ARI24314LFP) models, extending the options available to the Australian caravan and recreational vehicle market.
The new batteries have been developed around prismatic LiFePO₄ (lithium iron phosphate) cells and feature IP67-rated construction (IP20 for the 24V 314Ah), making them suited to mobile and outdoor applications where protection from dust and water ingress is important.

The 12V 100Ah ARI12100LFP-C provides a compact lithium solution for caravan, camper trailer, 4WD and smaller off-grid applications. With a nominal voltage of 12.8V, the battery provides 100Ah of capacity, a continuous discharge current of 100A and weighs just 9.59kg.

For applications requiring additional energy storage, the 12V 150Ah ARI12150LFP-C provides 150Ah of capacity at 12.8V, with a continuous discharge current of 120A. Weighing 14.81kg, it offers a balance of increased capacity and practical weight for larger caravan, motorhome and mobile power systems.

At the upper end of the new range is the 24V 314Ah ARI24314LFP. Delivering 314Ah at a nominal 25.6V, the battery provides approximately 8.04kWh of nominal stored energy, with a continuous discharge current of 200A and continuous charge current of 150A.
The 24V configuration provides an option for larger and higher-demand electrical systems where substantial energy storage is required.
The Arizon Off-Grid battery expansion reflects the growing demand for lithium energy storage across the Australian caravan, and recreational vehicle market, as owners increasingly seek greater energy independence and the ability to spend longer periods away from mains power.
“The camping, caravan, motorhome and 4WD market continues to evolve, with customers looking for greater energy independence and more capable electrical systems,” said Arizon Off-Grid Marketing Manager, Adam Olive.
“The introduction of these three models gives manufacturers, installers, dealers and end users greater flexibility when specifying an off-grid battery system, from a lightweight 100Ah 12V solution through to a high-capacity 24V system delivering more than 8kWh of nominal energy storage, we have the solution.”
The three models are specified for charging temperatures of 0°C to 55°C, discharging temperatures of -20°C to 55°C and storage temperatures of -20°C to 55°C.

The new models join Arizon's existing Off-Grid range and are available for caravan, recreational vehicle and industrial applications.
The new batteries follow our recently launched Arizon Aero 12V 225W and 24V 225W solar panels which are up to 5kg lighter than comparable panels on the market.
